Editorial Policy
Source, authorship and commercial-disclosure standards for Phone Gadgets guides.
Our purpose
We publish reference guides for people choosing mobile equipment and evaluating procurement requirements. A page should answer a defined question and make its evidence accessible.
Sources and claims
We prioritize standards bodies and manufacturers for technical claims. Suggested workflows and worked examples are labeled as editorial guidance. A product specification is not a test result, and a supplier statement is not independent verification.
Authorship
Initial guides carry the Editorial Desk organizational byline and disclose AI assistance. Individual author and reviewer profiles will only be added when their identity and role can be represented accurately.
Commercial relationships
The initial guides contain no paid product placements or affiliate links. If a future recommendation involves compensation, affiliate payment or a relevant ownership relationship, that relationship must be disclosed on the affected page. A brand mention does not imply authorization or endorsement.
Updates and corrections
Dates change when substantive content changes. We do not relabel an unchanged article as new. Follow the corrections policy to report errors and the methodology to understand how the initial guides were prepared.
