How to submit a correction and how substantive changes should be recorded.
Submit an actionable report
Use the contact page to report an issue. Include the affected URL, quote the specific passage, explain the problem and link to the most relevant primary source. Identify the phone model, market or specification version when it affects the result.
Handling a correction
The proposed correction must be checked against the source and the page’s stated scope. If a conclusion changes, update the passage, show an accurate modification date and add a note describing the substantive correction. Minor spelling fixes do not require presenting the entire guide as newly researched.
Open questions
Where the evidence does not establish an answer, the article should say what remains unknown. We do not guarantee a response time or offer individual technical support through this process.
